Ordering and Shipping

  • We ship all orders from Springfield, MO, and typically processing takes 1-3 business days before your order is on its way. Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States but are exploring options to ship internationally in the future!

  • I take great care packaging each order, but if your candle arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I’ll happily work with you to resolve the issue! Whether that’s a replacement or refund, because your satisfaction is my priority.

  • At Warmth by Little Red, I care deeply about the planet. All my candles are made with 100% soy wax, a renewable and biodegradable resource. I use eco-friendly, cruelty-free, ethically sourced fragrances and natural cotton wicks without metal cores and wood wicks. Even the packaging and shipping materials are chosen to minimize waste!

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

  • Our standard 8 oz candles burn approximately 60 hours, depending on burn conditions and our standard 17 oz candles burn approximately 120 hours.

    For the best experience, always trim your wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface to avoid tunneling. Proper care helps maximize the burn time and keeps your candle smelling wonderful for longer.

  • I do use natural soy wax and non-toxic fragrance oils, but I always recommend burning candles out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended and ensure it is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
